Event Consultation begins with a potential client filling out an event inquiry form describing what they are looking for, the details of their event and list any questions, issues or roadblocks they may be experiencing while planning their own event. One of our event professionals will review the inquiry and set up a 30-minute phone consultation to discuss the details of your event and offer ideas or suggestions on how to move forward with planning a successful event.
At the end of the consultation call, next steps will be discussed. Depending on the situation, a follow up call may be scheduled if needed to check on progress.

Event Inquiry & Discovery Call
Event Planning begins with a potential client filling out an event inquiry form followed by a 30-min discovery call with one of our event professionals. The discovery call is a chance for our event professional to make sure they have a clear understanding of what you are looking for with your event and ask any questions they may have. Once our event planner is clear on your vision, they will follow-up with a list of event planning service options and prices for you to choose from. Next, our team will begin researching and building a custom event plan and proposal for your event.

Event Plan & Proposal
We provide our clients with a comprehensive event proposal that includes a detailed plan for their event. The event plan will include suggestions for every aspect of the event that you have requested such as venues, menus, crafts, activities, favors, décor, set-up, color schemes, custom signage, entertainment, advertising/marketing, etc. A digital picture board, cost estimate and shopping list with direct links will also be included to make your party execution and set up quick and easy should you be planning to do that yourself. Essentially, we give you everything you need to quickly and easily execute a memorable, picturesque party of your own without you having to spend valuable time planning or researching anything.
If your intention is for our team to take the lead and drive the event through to the big day, then we would include our event execution service as part of your proposal.

Event Execution
Event Execution is a service option that refers to our team taking the actions necessary to implement the event proposal and everything involved with making the event happen. This would include solidifying and finalizing the event plan, ordering décor and supplies, booking venues, vendors, caterers, party rentals and entertainment, negotiating contracts, coordination, etc. all the way through to event day. Let our team of experienced event professionals do the work so you don't have to.

On-Site Event Management
On-site Event Management is a service that includes the coordination and ownership of all the day-of, on-site logistics and trouble-shooting. Typically, event management would be needed at larger, more intricate events with several moving parts like vendors, caterers, entertainment, etc. that might require on-site coordination, set-up specifications or accessible contact for questions or unforeseen issues. With event management, our team of event professionals will be on-site and handle everything from the set-up and event logistics all the way through to the tear-down and clean-up to ensure all of the different facets of your event come together seamlessly. Should any day-of issues arise, we handle the recourse so you don't have to. Event Set-Up
Event Set-Up is an a 'la carte option meaning that you can utilize this service by itself without having to get full blown event management services. Event Set-Up is the complete set-up of your event by one or more of our event professionals. This would include setting up food and beverages, décor, crafts/activities, vendors and entertainment, party rentals, etc. Once the event is completely set and ready to go, our event professional(s) would leave the venue. This is a great service to use so you can show up dressed and ready to enjoy a stress free event perfectly laid out to your specifications.

Event Tear-Down & Clean-Up
Event Tear-Down is an a 'la carte option meaning that you can utilize this service by itself without having to get full blown event management services. Tear-down is the complete break-down of your event by one or more of our event professionals. This would include clean up of and removal of all event items, packing up any food or items to be kept and disposal of trash. Should professional cleaning services be needed, we could provide that as well at an additional cost. Enjoying a successful event and being able to go home to relax as soon as its over without having to worry about clean-up, is an invaluable part of a stress-free event.

Event Marketing is typically slated for our larger scale, higher budget events that intend to drive attendance for revenue or fundraising purposes.
